The Italian authorities were consulted for factual correctness. There may be differences with the information presented in their national report.
The numbers presented below are indicators of the situation in the Member State but need further interpretation to draw specific conclusions. In some cases, changes in the monitoring networks and in methodology for assessing trophic status may complicate comparisons between reporting periods.
