Multilateral Agreement M359 under section 1.5.1 of ADR on the marking of non-UN cylinders carrying
UN No 1001 acetylene, dissolved and UN No 3374 acetylene, solvant free
(1) By derogation from the provisions of 1.6.2.19 of ADR, acetylene cylinders, which are non-UN pressure receptacles, constructed before 1 July 2023, which are not marked in accordance with 6.2.2.7.3 (k) or (l) applicable from 1 January 2023, may continue to be used.
(2) This agreement shall be valid until 1st January 2027 for carriage on the territories of the ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement. If it is revoked before that date by one of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the above-mentioned date only for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement which have not revoked it.
