In accordance with article 14 (3) of the Agreement, the amendments to annexes A and B came into force on 29 July 1968, the date coinciding with the entry into force of the original annexes as provided for by article 7 (1) of the Agreement (i.e., six months after the entry into force, on 29 January 1968, of the Agreement itself). Consequently, annexes A and B, as amended, became applicable on 29 July 1968. The text reproduced herein is the authoritative English translation established in accordance with the final paragraph of the Agreement of 30 September 1957. The authentic French text has been published in volume 641.
