Guidance manual for the implementation of council decision C(2001)107/Final, as amended, on the control of transboundary movements of wastes destined for recovery operations
The Guidance Manual for the Control of Transboundary Movements of Recoverable Wastes explains the functioning of the OECD control system. It assists national governments and competent authorities to implement the OECD control system and helps private companies to import and export recoverable wastes in an environmentally sound and economically efficient manner.
