Il Documento riporta le regole per l’identificazione di un cavo energia armonizzato in accordo la CEI 20-27 (2021) / CEI HD 361-S4
La CEI HD 361-S4 stabilisce le regole per identificare un cavo energia armonizzato secondo le EN 50525 (serie), EN 50214, EN 50618 e EN 50620 mediante una descrizione abbreviata della configurazione del cavo.
La Norma in oggetto sostituisce completamente la Norma CEI 20-27:2000-05 che rimane applicabile fino al 31.08.2023.

4 Basic elements of the designation
The cable designation shall be composed of three parts ndicating the essential characteristics of a cable (Table 1).

6 Part 2 of the Designation
Part 2 of the designation relates to the insulation and non-metallic sheathing materials (Table 4), metallic coverings (Table 5), special constructional components (Table 6), special construction of cables (Table 7), conductor material (Table 8) and conductor form (Table 9).
The descriptions given for the symbols are used in certain instances to cover a group of materials which gave similar performance requirements to the reference material. Full details of the specified material requirements for a given cable type will be found in the appropriate cable standard.
