Modifiche al REACH in base a quanto disposto dal Regolamento (UE) 2020/2096 della Commissione del 15 dicembre 2020 (in GU L 425/3 del 16.12.2020).
Il Regolamento (UE) 2020/2096 dispone che:
Il punto 8, lettera b), dell’Allegato XVII si applica come segue:
- le righe relative alle sostanze 1,2-diidrossibenzene; pirocatecolo, acetaldeide; etanale e spirodiclofen (ISO); 3-(2,4-diclorofenil)-2-osso-1-ossaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-4-il 2,2-dimetilbutirato si applicano a decorrere dal 5 luglio 2021.
